Role:	Independent contributor reporting to Sr. manager. Clear understanding of target market and ability to explain the product to target market. Ability to initiate cold calls and manage local sales promotions. Managing DSA will be added advantage. Achieving targeted loan disbursements. Liaison with credit and operations for smooth flow of process. To build a profitable portfolio.
